1、Specialty

Thermal Break Window biggest specialty is that blocking up and thermal bridge, which is having good heat preservation. second is noise reduce. Aluminum profile is good at heat conduction and radiation, in winter, the outside temperature is very low, the window surface will be moisture condensation because of low temperature, and the inside temperature radiated easily, so called “cold bridge”. Using pvc separated the “cold bridge, which could avoid the upper phenomenon. 

There is two main kinds heat insulation strip in china market: PVC and polyamide nylon(PA66 GF) material, but PVC strip is disabled in Europe( Europe standard EN14024),same as in china (GB5237-6). And PA66GF has good capability of corrosion resistance, durability, small deviation, easy processing, etc, which has popular uses in the world.
